Virtual Offices

First impresssions count whatever the size or nature of your business.

If you a start-up, small business or currently work from home why not consider the professional image of a Virtual Office.

A Virtual Office provides exceptional value and is a perfect alternative to setting up a full time office. Your overheads will be kept to a minimum and your business given a professional, corporate image overnight.

At Centre Court, a Virtual Office provides:

· A dedicated telephone number for your business to be answered and screened by the Centre Court team.
· Telephone calls forwarded and messages handled exactly as you request.
· Use of the Centre Court business address, as if you were a permanent tenant here. Post is forwarded to you or available for collection.

The cost of a virtual office can start from as little as £50 per month.

Meeting Rooms are available to be booked should you wish to invite a visitor to Centre Court or schedule a meeting.

How Centre Court can help small businesses and new start-ups

Serviced office space within Centre Court is an ideal proposition for new start-up businesses and small or changing organisations.

A Centre Court serviced office allows you to keep initial costs to a minimum whilst acquiring a desirable, character, landmark location for your business. Available offices within the building are equipped to accommodate businesses without delay and are a flexible alternative to traditional office leases. (Although Centre Court can also offer Conventional office space). Serviced office space enables a business to establish themselves with efficiency to a new location, adapt more effectively. Centre Court serviced offices are furnished, include telephone lines, rates, internet access set-up, maintenance costs and cleaning.

Short-term agreements can enable businesses to effectively manage change as we will always accommodate office space adjustments as their business plan folds. For example, if a business intends to take on more staff or over time requires more space.

A Centre Court serviced office allows your business to additional resources which may otherwise be unaffordable such as a Receptionist, telephone answering service and post handling/franking rates. If you would like to hold a private discussion with a member of staff or invite clients to Centre Court, meeting rooms are available and are charged by useage. For larger meetings or training sessions, Smart Training Space is available on the Ground Floor. Centre Court has a sandwich shop on-site that can also supply buffets which can be tailor-made to different budgets.

Centre Court has also been selected as the venue for local networking groups such as Talk Business and BNI. These are ideal opportunities for businesses moving to a new location or new start-ups establishing connections. Business Workshops are also run from the building and also encourage informal networking.
